Most people know the Grammy’s for one fabulous event out of the year, but the organizations commitment to education, art enrichment and community activism deserves an award in itself.

10/20/2011- Da Hot Commodity,  visited the studio of SINGER, PRODUCER, SONGWRITER and MUSICIAN, JEBRON of BET's, "Lens On Talent!: Jebron is a very talented individual.  Lip synching and playing records for his mother as a child he is now 28 years old and has been doing music professionally for 10 years. In his words, he is a man 1st. Singing is his 1st love. Currently he has been working hard doing performances in  NY, DC, and here in Atlanta. In ATLANTA he is working on the HBCU Tour. Writing and producing music right now his, "TIME OF MY LIFE" FULL CIRCLE CD. Expect this hot, jazzy and neo-soul style of music to be hitting the shelves around 1st Quarter of 2012! Acting for Tyler Perry sitcoms, JeBron is expanding his fan-base with his "MUSIC and MEALS" TV Show. The first episode coming in November 2011. I hear it's gonna be great and getting awesome feedback. Yes!

Big Boi Holds Halloween Charity at Music Studio
Antwan "Big Boi" Patton of the group Outkast, is hosting a Halloween event to benefit his charity for children, Big Kidz Foundation on October 29. The foundation benefits goal is to, "create socially-conscious youth through the arts". The various programs at Big Kidz allow children to travel, get mentors, gain entrepenurial skills and develop their artistic talents.    The event is called, "Eyes Wide Shut" and will be held at Stankonia Studios in Atlanta and will begin at 8pm. The price of admission costs $40 in advance, $50 at the door and includes complimentary food, cocktails with the party's sponsor Crown Royal and a costume contest. Through the months of August, September and October of 2011 The City of Atlanta Public Art Program funded and provided platforms for over 50 artists and nearly 30 projects and performances.This closing event will continue to support an array of talent by supporting theatrical acts and contemporary art through a structured and exciting event FREE to the public.

The November issue of GQ Magazine features Lil Wayne, Keith Richards and Eminem on the cover, and features interviews of 43 other artists for their ‘The Survivors’ feature. Members from the Dungeon Family were amoung the chosen and reunited last month at an Atlanta Park to shoot pictures; but not everyone was present for the shoot.
