$10K reward offered in crash that killed young children, grandmother | News
COLLEGE PARK -- Crime Stoppers Greater Atlanta is now offering a massive reward for information on the wreck that killed a grandmother and two young children after a police chase on Sunday.
Up to $10,000 is being offered for information leading to the arrest and indictment of the suspect, who led police on a chase from College Park to southwest Atlanta before crashing and killed the occupants of another vehicle.
The suspect had stolen a Chevrolet Suburban limousine at the Westin Hotel in the area. A police pursuit then followed taking the suspect into Atlanta before crashing at the intersection of S. Gordon and Rogers Avenue.
That’s where the incident took a fatal turn for the three victims. But despite the severity of the crash, the suspect managed to escape the wreckage – and police.
Now Crime Stoppers is hoping that a reward will help bring in information about the person who caused the fatal accident.
Tipsters can provide information on the case anonymously to Crime Stoppers Atlanta at 404-577-8477 or online at www.crimestoppersatlanta.org. Information can also be submitted by text by sending CSA followed by the tip to 274637. No name or other identifying information has to be given to be eligible for the $10,000 reward.
